Chief Operations Officer (COO) I am tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of a business I also facilitate on morning prayer line and Saturday kids prayer line, Interactive Workshops and Itineraries for events, planning and implementation of wellness retreats and events.

Chief Executive Officer (CEO) I am responsible for setting goals for the organization and making sure that they are being met. Fundraising, event planning & community engagement. I assist with creating agendas, proposals and marketing materials. I facilitate evening praying line and coordinate volunteer participation.

Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) I am in charge of overseeing the organization's HR and labor relations policies, and practices. I also facilitate the Empowered Approach line, answer any calls and or text messages that come to the organization’s customer care line, and do the announcements for all of Women Empowered podcasts.

Chief Technology Office (CTO) I am responsible for all of the technical aspects of this business from setting up podcasts, prayer lines, updating and monitoring our Website, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube pages, I am focused on implementing the most up to date technology for our business, and I create and publish our Monthly Newsletters, & design the majority of our fliers and videos.
